What you keep depends mainly on diet, training and genetics so it's hard to say what you will and wont keep. Most people loose everything as fast if not faster than they gained it because their diet sucks and they stop straining.
The water weight is again mostly due to diet even with dbol but some is almost non avoidable. It's still a good kick start if you have already done a couple of cycles.
