Hi all,
I have been a lurker on this site for the past few months and decided I should probably register. I find myself with questions that I would like a more personal answer to rather than applying other people's situations to my own.
A little about me. I am 33 year old male and currently reside in Pennsylvania. I have been off and on the fitness train for several years now but as of this year I have turned it into a way of life. I started the year at a local CrossFit gym and I must say that helped put me in a great mindset but my needs were different than what they were offering . I stopped attending in March and I went as far as to build a home gym to cater to my busy life style and specific goals. I also have a very supportive wife who also trains at home with me and has very good results.
Anyway before I go one too far I just want to extend a hello to all and I look forward to learning from the more experienced so some day I can return the favor.
Oh almost forgot my stats
Height = 6'
Weight = 225 (down from 240 since January now leveled off... Frustrating)
Body fat % = 21(number from my Withings scale not sure how accurate but seems right)
Age = 33
