Looks pretty good from what I can tell. I would suggest hitting the gym to start sculpting the muscles, after recovery. I had gyno surgery two years ago in sept. Still dealing with dr removing too much on left side. I may have to do a minor post op procedure to fix that. I believe full recovery from this can be over a years time. That's why I wanted to wait.

I would give it a couple more weeks for sure. Yes they can be swelling still and most defiantly wear the belt. I would not lift for at least a couple of weeks if not more. I would not make any judgments about if its gone or not for at least a month

jesse you peaked my interest here. What can the doc do to repair this after removing too much?

Hey kelkel. They have a few options, the one the PS recommended (if needed) is minor liposuction where they even out the indent by lipo'ing the fat tissue on the outside of the indent so it evens out. The other option is fat injections in the indent which I read about but dr didn't mention or suggest. The indent has gotten better but it's still slightly noticeable, and depending on the angle it can be very noticeable esp. if flexing.

Ok. Well, consider that over time and with more muscular development it may simply even out a lot on it's own as well. Thanks for clarifying.
