With research I find I am not ready.

Unfortunately I feel I can't embark on my supplement journey just yet. After reading Austinite's sticky post on a successful first cycle I am led to the conclusion I need to lose more body fat as it is a higher risk level for cardiac issues. It just surprises me because I feel better than I have felt in a long time. My BP is in check which wasn't the case a year ago and also my indigestion and heart palpitations have ceased to exist. And that is all due to my change in lifestyle. I quit smoking, drinking and my diet is in check ( I can't remember what pizza tastes like). But as I have learned in my years of experience that it's best to follow the path of my predecessors because they made mistakes so I won't have to.
So I have decided to go on Austinite's fat burner stack suggested in the post. I will attempt to get to the suggested 15% BF (currently 21.5%). But damn is it frustrating. Any words of encouragement are appreciated.

Excellent decision. There is a tendency for many to feel they "have to do steroids right now". Nothing is usually further from the truth. Nutrition and training play a much bigger piece in the equation of total body transformation. Learning how, what, and when to eat as well as developing a consistent training routine over several years are the real keys and build a lasting foundation for success.

Steroids have their place, but it's usually later, not sooner. Too many guys miss this important fact because they are too impatient/impetuous. Even with proper training and nutrition, results take TIME. Nothing happens over night and even those who train and eat properly and decide to use steroids find that the end results do not happen as quickly as they had hopped.

Being at a lower body fat percentage confers a number of benefits. Aside from the fact that a lower body fat is better for your overall health, a lower bf% is often associated with lower levels of circulating estrogen in men, making it easier to control the aromatization of testosterone to estrogen during anabolic use. It will also lower the risk of hyperlipidemia, hypercholesterolemia, and hypertension - common effects of many anabolic compounds. Many new to steroids who didn't have high blood pressure or cholesterol problems before steroids, find it a struggle to maintain healthy levels during steroid cycles. Having a lower starting bf% will help reduce these affects and minimize the dangers associated with HTN and hyperlipidemia.

Stay committed to your plan, train ridiculous and eat meticulous, and the results will happen.

Good luck. Keep us updated on your progress and success.

Excellent decision +1! Focus on the big picture. Look at what you have already accomplished! You have changed your lifestyle, thus the hardest step has already been taken. And, look at the results - BP in check, palpitations and indigestion gone, quit smoking. All excellent. You can do it. When I hit 50, yes 50, I decided I was too fat, way too fat. It took me over a year to get down to 185 lbs. and around 11-12% bf. Plenty of plateaus a long the way, and frustrations. But, it was worth it. I did it through nutrition and running. No AAS or other drugs. That was over 3 years ago. Now, I feel great (most of the time lol). You gotta stick with it. Guess what? You'll get there. Just be consistent.

Good job so far and good luck!
