Hey guys, I wanted to get some feedback/recommendations on my first cycle.
I am 30 years old, 5'10, 170 lbs, ~8-10% BF. My goal is to improve strength for olympic weightlifting. Being that there are weight classes for my sport, I am not looking to put on a huge amount of mass, but instead gain strength while adding about 5-10 lbs of lean mass. My current numbers are: Snatch 190 lbs, Clean and Jerk 240, and Squat 320. My goal is to add between 20-30 lbs onto all those numbers while maintaining a relatively light bodyweight.
The cycle:
Week 1-10 Test E 250 ml pinned every Monday and Thursday
Week 6-10 HCG 500 IU twice a week to aid recovery
Week 8-12 Anavar 60 MG ED(Note: I know first cycle is to see how test affects the body, so I'll only use var if I have no issues by week 8)
Week 4-13 N2Guard ED for organ health
Aromasin will be on hand if gyno symptoms arise
PCT week 13-16
Nolva 20/20/10/10
Clomid 50/50/25/25
So what do you think? Any tweaks? Compounds I need to add or take away? Any advice is very much appreciated.
