Since i stopped going to gym after 1 year of constant training, i lost my weight, thinking of going back to SS program, will this program show results or should i have specific body parts trained per day?

i believe starting strength is more geared to "power lifting" than "body building"...hence the title...
great book, though. i keep a copy in my gym bag.
