Muscle Twitches / Spasms

Just curious if anyone on this fourm had or has long term muscle spasms or twitches from where they injection or just in general?

Been having mine for over 6 months now, last cycle was around a year ago.

IMO all PCT was done fine, and i felt fine after.
Just can't understand why my left quad always gets twitches,
Is annoying due to trying to sleep or relax,
Got blood tests done and the DR said it's all fine...?

Going to get a second opinion as normally Muscle fasciculation shouldn't last longer then a single period..

benign twitches which are located in the eyelids, calf, or thumb are normal to twitch,

The quadriceps maybe due to some trauma from injecting or too much sport,

No expert, try magnesium for spasms, maybe a shortage of minerals especially under the stress of training and depending on your water intake

A deficiency of some sort does increase the chances of having muscle spasms. Another explanation could have to do with your injections hitting or damaging a nerve.
