how do i run HCG during test var cycle?

I am going to start another cycle of sustanon 250 500mg a week with var soon and want to run HCG threw out my cycle. My question is how many iu of hcg should I do every week? for example I am going to pin sustanon250 x2 a week Monday and Thursday's what days should I pin my hcg?
