Ok peeps. Just registered on this site and for starters looking for some advise on whats good for a guy at 43 years old,5 foot 4 inch height, aprox weight 170. Starting working out the beginning of 2014 and stopped due to working 2 jobs and not getting off my butt in the mornings sooooo looking to start again at the gym and would like advise as to what to start with to help with gains? any advise would be appreciated
