Long story short, I'm a former obese teen. peaked at 330ib post high school grad. Currently sitting at ~200 all in a years time with only whey and recently included bcaa as supps. (Will most deff update post with pics!!) looking to lose the last ~20 pounds of phat with the aid of some rat medicine, but that's a diff story.
