Review my first cycle plan for me please

ok guys looking for some advice im 37 212lbs been training for about 4 1/2 years 3 years have been more serious ..dont know my bf% but its safe to say its 15% or over..my GOAL is to gain more lean muscel & strength..went to a trt clinic my test level was 359 so i have started trt 150mg of test cyp. once a week with 500iu of hcg a week...i was thinking of adding 350mg of test 400 (so 500mg a week total) the doc gives me my 150mg of test cyp wed so 1st question should i add 100mg on wed with my doctors 150mg and then do 250 on sunday ? or can i do the 150mg on wed then do 350mg on sunday? also please take a look at my cycle that i have put together just from information that i have gathered thus far

    10 week cycle
    weeks 1-10 500mg of test a week (250 x2 a week)(wed & sun)
weeks 1-10 arimidex .125mg eod (.250mg eod on gyno signs)
weeks 1-10 hcg 500iu on wed and 250iu sunday

then no pct!! just return to my regular 150mg of test with hcg

i will have some clomid and nolvadex on hand just in case..but i've heard no pct after cycle while on trt...just return to trt..what do you think?

this is my first try at putting together a cycle ...im not looking to get complicated or be a body builder simple and moderate is good for me ...also i have a clean diet ...how many grams of protien a day? and how many grams of carbs a day ? any input would be greatly appreciated..this is not set in stone just trying to get to a starting point ..thanks fellas

Two weeks on TRT is not a long enough time for you to begin a cycle. Honestly your won't be ready to cycle for at least a year. You should concentrate on getting your TRT perfected, this takes time.

    Agree.

One step at a time. get the TRT dialed in with adjustments to dose rate and blood panel feedback to make sure levels like RBC, hematocrit, E, and even BP are in a safe long term range.

    Do you understand trt?
Visit trt section and do some research and ask questions over there.

    what's the rush?

you can still hit the gym and become a nutrition guru while you wait.

In reality, you really do need to master your nutrition plan before considering any cycle.

and besides, to realize ALL the benefits of TRT, it takes upwards of THREE years! things like bone density. So yes, take the full year and get your TRT dialed in right.

...only fools rush in where others are reluctant to tread! =)
