wondering to ask you all , should one do HIIT cardio during bulking period ? If so , how much per week and should this lead to change daily calorie intake ?

Just curious whats your stats and history.
But it's all in what you put into it. Diet is everything but I always do cardio less when bulking and more when cutting but always do cardio is good for your heart your overall health ect....
If you are bulking then I wouldn't do HIIT. If you are going to, I would run 2 cardio core days a week.
20/20 constant and HIIT, on a bike, elliptical....etc. If you can do more HIIT then 20 minutes then you're not at a high enough intensity. You should want to die after each round.
You are probably better off with a slow incline walk for 20minutes after workouts which will help to maintain your BF%.
