Trt and low immune system

I have been on trt for a year and a half
I have gone by two years without getting sick before even when the kids or the wife was sick
Since on trt I'm getting sick all the time,like every 3-4 weeks , now with pneumonia and I'm sick as a dog
Anybody has any comment ???

Well many AAS do hinder the immune system. If you were taking a very low TRT dose then I would say not worry about it being the TRT. However, since most people take fairly high doses for TRT compared to what our body should make naturally I think it it safe to say the TRT might affect it some, but nothing worth stopping it for.

Sometimes we just get sick as a dog, regardless of how healthy we are.

200 mg a week that puts me to 879 maybe I should lower it

I don't think the trt is making you sick or burdening your immune system I know many on trt and never heard a complaint and I myself have been on trt for about 2 years don't get sick that much

As we always say more is not better. Especially with trt. If you are not feeling good then lower will probably work better.

I try to stay around 500 and I have been sick maybe 2x in the last 5 years.

Yes, I've mentioned this a few thousand times on here. Hormones perform MANY functions in the human body. They regulate:
- circadian rhythms (sleep-wakefulness cycles).
- appetite
- digestion
- mood/emotion
- growth
- cognition (learning, memory, attention)
- libido
- immune function and wound healing

Functional changes will vary with doses, durations, hormone:hormone ratios, genetic variables, and other factors.

Some men experience more immunosuppression than others but this may have more to do with serum estrogen levels than testosterone.
