It will help if you let people know if you are on cycle, pre-cycle, post cycle, pct...etc...when theses blood were taken. And also what you are trying to determine from the bloodwork.
Sorry I thought I specified these are pre-cycle results. Also basically just trying to determine baseline figures.
Everything looks pretty good. Assuming you were fasted for this bloodwork I would suggest keeping those glucose levels lower just for good measure.
Do you have any bone conditions or immune disorders such as Coeliac's? Those can all be related to elevated AP levels but probably nothing to worry about unless you are experiencing symptoms of those disorders.
Yes I had fasted. I have not been previously diagnosed with either bone disorders or coliacs. And now of course after reading symptoms of coliacs it may be a good idea for me to go get checked by my doc.
Eating foods rich in b12 or injecting b12 or b complex can all raise AP levels. Look at your WBC it's not elevated and all your other numbers look pretty good. Even fasted if your diet is say heavy beef (look at total protein serum and your a/g ratio) could explain alittle high AP.

Daily needs for AP for about the same as calcium.
I do find it unusual that your glucose levels are high even after a fast. I usually do not see that in bloodwork unless people cheat during their fast, I have seen people do that plenty.
I thought that seemed strange as well. I hadn't eaten for 12hrs before the test like it had suggested only water.
Thanks for all the input guys!
Dont worries about ALP. Its meanless increased ALP alone. Check sugar again. No eating 10 hours before blood work.
