Hello Everyone
I'm 22 6'2 203 lbs around 10-12% bodyfat. Been bodybuilding completely naturally for 4 years looking to maybe change things up in the future. I train 5-6 days a week. I have a really high metabolism so I have to eat like a cow just to maintain my weight,I eat very clean though. Prepare all my food on Sundays for afew hours for the week so I dont eat fast food. I eat 5000 cals just for maintenance. I dont drink alcohol as well. I have afew questions about possibly doing my first cycle but I will post that in the Q and A section at a later time.
