The bloat comes around Meal 3. I can hardly get through meal 4 sometimes and sometimes, even, skip it. I work nights in a casino so I don't exactly live what you would call a 'normal' lifestyle but I try to make do. As you can see, I leave the heaviest meal till last so i can get actual food in me before I start depending too much on the mass gainer.
