Cycling Albuterol for 2 weeks starting today at 3mcg twice a day.(proper beginner dose?)
No keto, since I plan on taking 2 weeks off and i'd perfer that.

Diet: 2400kcal ~200pro ~ 250 carbs ~ 76 fats All from natural whole foods. No simple sugary foods, processed shit, sweets etc. That shits triggers me into raging bear mode. Sweet potatoes, lentils, boiled chicken, liver, eggs, cottage cheese, olive oil are the staples of my diet.

Supps: BCAA and six star whey. stopped taking creatine since Im convinced my body deosnt respond to it.

Your starting dose is good but that really merely a response testing dose, effective dose expect around 12mg/day but stay at 6 as long as you are responding to it.

half ml dosage = 3mg
so .5ml on slin pin = 3mg

Why late in the day am I taking this? good question. My father found the package, which was delivered around 10am, and hid it since. I freaked out for the last 5 hours worrying if this shit got confiscated by authorities. Anyway, he opened it and got worried/angry.
