How do you find it hard to get required carbs?
That is IMO the hardest to keep low. Carbs are everywhere? Fruit, vegetables, rice, pasta, potatoes, bread, oatmeal, all grains... the list goes on & on...
If you are have trouble with getting required carbs then I would say you need to re think your diet plan.

Especially if you live in america, just go out to any place and thats prob more than 1/3 of your daily need right there. Or just get a big ass bag of oats and brown rice and fruits.

^actually, I believe if you are going to do sugar, then it's glucose that is used? it is the quickest burning of the simple sugars, and is what all other carbs are indexed off of.

.....not that it really matters for 99% of us....
