You're going to have to be a little more specific in your question. Have you had bw? What's your protocol, etc. You might not have eaten well, who knows. Need more information.

All the same things that can cause lethargy in anybody else.
    Plus polycythemia.

Post ranges for the above labs.

Assuming standard lab corp ranges (only reference I have to go by), right off the bat, your hematocrit is high and hemoglobin is getting up there (need to donate blood), and your E2 is high (need an AI such as arimidex). The two above can cause all your symptoms.

You should lower your test dose by like 40%.

What's your protocol? I would also agree with lowering your test. How many days do you inject? Do you use HCG? Your hematocrit and E2 are high.

I inject 150 test once a week. 3/4 cc of 200 cyp per cc. I do not use hcg. I will donate blood to lower hematocrit. I would love to regain the sense of well being I had. How much anastrozole is to be taken to lower e2. Is it the high e2 or the high hematocrit that got me to lose the sense of well being. which is the one to cause lethargy. It was going so well. Thanks

I agree with Bonaparte. I say the same thing at least 1x a week to someone on here and have also told several personally. More is not better. You cant go by just the numbers and MOST people who try to keep their numbers at the top of the range end up feeling the same as you. It could take a few months for you to start to feel better again also. The people I know who did the same as you also took quite a while to feel better.

I'd suggest you NOT jump on the AI bandwagon so fast. AIs are very powerful meds and they are a journey in themselves! It's a very slippery slope when you start with these. Try what others have suggested first: Lower your dose and inject more frequently. Perhaps go to 34mg, M,W,F. And you should definitely consider SQ to help control E2 levels.

As others have advised, you ought to get to the Red Cross fast to donate. High crit can have you feel like crap. Also, don't underestimate how greatly dehydration can affect you - not only during these summer months, but anytime. The first thing I do when I'm dragging my ass is drink a few glasses of water or some Gatorade. Usually does the trick.

Low grade viruses like herpes can make you feel quite poorly, as well.

BTW, why have you not begun hCG? Curious as to your reason.

I appreciate the help. SQ to help e2 levels-what is SQ. Doctor has not discussed HCG. I really do not know much about it. I would like to know more. I just had bloodwork done as it is one year in. I will donate blood. If I can only get the sense of well being back and energy. Can HCG do that. Thanks

SQ means subcutaneously; going beneath the skin into a layer of fat. This makes for a slower release into the bloodstream with little spike in T and a smaller E2 reaction. You do it with a very small insulin needle. Painless.

I would lower my test and inject twice per week instead of once. That will help with your E2. Give it at least four weeks on that before you do BW. More is not always better on hrt.

This forum contains a lot of great information. You might start by reading all you can on hCG, subcutaneous injections (SQ), and E2. Lots of threads to look at!

I kinda had the same experience at about 17 weeks after starting TRT.
I was using HCG and an AI.
Turned out my HCT was 60% and hemoglobin was up there.
I got one phlebotomy which dropped it down to 55% and just had a 2nd one today with hopes it drops to 50%.
Others had pointed out to me also that one shouldn't expect that newfound feeling of "wellbeing" and high energy indefinitely that u had felt the initial 4 months. I don't know if that is necessarily true but it appears to be common to "come back down to earth" even if all the BW looks g2g.
I wouldn't consider TRT without HCG and started it at 7 weeks in.
    Best Wishes

For me diet is the biggest thing ever but I have food allergies. If my diet is good as in I cooked it all myself I feel better after a few days, most places even high end places load up the fat/salt and for me I feel like a slug after eating it. Learn to cook if you don't and give it a shot.

So your testicles don't atrophy and hurt.

Testicles do not hurt. They have shrunk, but not very much. I thought HCG was for cycles only. TRT also?

Yes for TRT also. It helps them keep functioning properly. It's not just for looks, that is if you dont want balls like a 12yr old boy. lol If you want to stay fertile you need it but there are other functions your testicles have also so it's best to keep them healthy.

Did you read the link I provided? I know it's talking about on cycle but the general idea is the same.

See if this does not make things a little more clear on HCG
