starting to use insulin between cycles, my question is is it worth throwing all this into my PWO shake after my slin shot (navorapid) ??
do my shot right after training followed by:
6g dextrose per 1iu insulin starting at 4iu's gradually build up to 10/12 maximum
40g protein blend
10g creatine
5g bcaa's
5-10g glutamine
25g instant oats
hour after this drink followed by 40g protein from chicken & 100g carbs from oats & 20g protein powder
now i know the protein & carbs are obvious, however is it worth adding in gluatmine & bcaa's to this PWO drink ??
