So I was way outta shape couldn't loose weight watching calories. When I worked out I was sore like I was 50 so I was going to get on gear and got online to see what to do. Everything I read was get your diet right first so I did that I'm 6'2.5" my max was 275 now 225 I work out maybe 6x a month. Busy with baby business and wife I've learned how my body works and how I feel when I eat right. This winter when work slows I'm hitting weights every day and doing 6week bulk then 6week cut![]()
