ramped up clen from 40mcg to 140mcg
still no sides.. no shakes no unsual sweats at night..
heart rate in morning while doing fasted cardio can creep up quite quick ive noticed but thats about it.. (i try to keep at 130-135bpm)
not to sure if safe to go any higher...
should i jus ramp down then back up ? im running for 5 weeks straight because my first comp is in 5 weeks.
i had a clen cycle plan but its gone out the window seeing as no effects have been noticable not to sure what to dooo ?
taking 5g taurine daily.
dosage of clen = 200mcg/1ml
