after alot of research i have decided to give insulin a go some time soon, im fully aware of the sides etc etc, my one question is, is it worth mixing some instant oats with my dextrose powder ? post workout im having 6-7g dextrose per 1 IU and was thinking it might be an idea to also throw so instant oats in there too ? also the insulin im getting is off a freind and is called navorapid which is fast acting insulin that we have in the UK should i drink my shake then pin my slin or do i pin then drink or i guess it doesnt make much difference ? only starting with 4iu's
