switching compounds every 5 weeks ?

so we all know test is mandatory, but thers been a few posts on the forum, a few videos and also abit of talk down the gym that if one was to run a 15 week cycle they would be far better off doing 15 weeks of testosterone with 5 weeks trenbolone, 5 weeks deca & 5 weeks EQ rather than say 15 weeks of test & deca or 15 weeks of test & eq. these are just examples but for optimal gains is switching compounds every 5 weeks a good idea ? just watched rich pienas video on swtiching compounds every 3 weeks which to me sounds a little short but then again i cant question the guy myself as hes probally double my age and double my weight !! whats your take on this ?

You will find out on this form, that the vets DO NOT agree with just about everything that Rich Piena has to say. Always remember that what one guys does and works for him, doesn't mean it's going to work for you. Also you never know what his blood work looks like, just what he looks like on the outside.

Rich piana is a moron in any way imaginable...

I respect boston loyd cause he his honest even if he his full of broscience.

But Rich is only admitting his steroid use to hide his implant and his synthol abuse.
So he his a liar like any other naturals out there.

If you truly thought this guys know his shit then you lack of critical spirit badly...

He his the perfect example than no matter how idiot you are, if you have the genetics and enough drugs(and implant) you can look freakish...

There si no, " it works for him" kind of thing.
As far as I know he his a human being, his physiology is the same as every other human outthere. He his not an alien from outer space with totally different ADN.
His way dont work in a efficient way.

He looks this way despite his methods not cause of it.

I'm certainly no freak, so that may discredit my opinion.
I believe 6-8wks compounds should be switched up. With the long ester or short ester debate... I feel everyone forgets one thing. Yes if you dose your long ester consistent for say 500mg a week it will take time to build to that concentration. But front load it and it can be there in two weeks.

Now whats the difference between say inj 7500mg in 15 weeks vs 7500mg in 6? You still had 7500mg of compound in your system...
Maybe you flood the receptors so most of its wasted?
Maybe your body is far more anabolic?

idk - Interesting to say the least, just a point for good discussion.

i agree to the point if i was to run say sustanon for 5 weeks at 1000mg i think id gain more to running 500mg for 10 weeks but then again the sides might not be worth it and also 50% of that would probally be water weight.

how does switching compounds every few weeks work if it takes anywhere from two to four weeks for a compound to kick in based on which esther is used?

fuk the "more is better" approach.

Slow and steady wins the race.

Have one goal per cycle and stick to it.

Guess I look at like diet and training... If I stop seeing results something needs to change. Granted I always change diet first then drugs. Training changes every 4 weeks.

Generally what I do is my own take on SBC, I've wanted to try Marcus's protocol on SBC. I enjoy it, I feel like there's less sides. Just my take
