    so i'll be weighing in at around 75kg (165lbs), 10-12%bf, 5'5" tall, 4 years training, 22 years old.

    i'll be running a 12 week cycle:
    Test E: 500mg/wk 1-10
    Test P: 300mg/wk 9-12
    Tren A: 50mg/ED wk 1-6
    DBol: 50mg/ED wk 1-3 then 50mg/Eod wk 4-6
    Anadrol: 50mg/Eod wk4-6 then 50mg/ED wk 7-9
    Winny: 100mg/ED 7-12 (wks 7-10 inject, wks11-12 oral)
    Arimidex: 0.25mg/ed wks 2-12
    Nolvadex: 10mg/ED wk 9-12

    PCT: 4 weeks
    Nolvadex: 40/20/20/20 ED
    Clomid: 100/50/50/50 ED
    HCG: 500iu ED for 20days

    Liver Support: Cycle Assist wks 9-End of PCT

    What does everyone think? Is this too much food? the reason i put Winny at the last 6 weeks is to try minimise the amount of fat gain considering i'll be eating 6000cals/day or should i cut back the cals to 5000?
    Also might run Clen from week 9 through till end of Pct doing 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.

    Please get Back to me with thoughts :P

    You'd be good on just the 400mg of test e or c... The cycle you have described is pretty advanced, especially with tren and anadrol. Check the link pumping_iron86 sent you.

    yeah i wanted to mix up my orals hence why i swap from Dbol to Anadrol just so my body doesn't get used to it. i decided dropping my cals down to 4,500 per day after reading what pumping_iron86 sent me. it was a great read. The reason for me swapping to test C from E at the end is because test E obviously has a shorter half life so after 3 days after my last injection i will be able to start my PCT this is also the reason i swap from injectable winny to oral in the last few weeks

    That's a lot of gear for a first cycle dude.. Check the link. I'd suggest only test C.

    Grow into your cycle. Your first cycle should be just simple single compound like test e or c. Now the real issue for me is that you are only 22 and have been training for 4 years. With right diet and training you can still grow a lot. You are too young for it

    bad idea.

    too young. too many compounds. not enough thinking and consideration.

    diet generally looks good
    except for
    PBJ sandwhiches
    white rice
    bread
    no fruit
    too many calories

    I like some of the balancing of your diet. you have the veggies in there, something that always seems to be lacking in most diets. A decent mix of meat and powder as a protein source, and some liquid egg whites. You have a lot of carbs going on there. Not sure if it is necessary, probably not. You could dump a couple hundred grams of carbs and eat quick burning carbs (like fruit; banana) pre workout which should give you the energy you need to perform in the gym and reduce caloric intake. What you do not want is a big spike in bf%.

    6k cals/day is a lot for someone of your size. I don't think you will lose growth of lbm if you were to drop cals by 1000 to 1500 day. Keep your protein intake at 40% of total cals and you should be fine.

    Let's talk about what's good with this. You've obviously put in some time to plan it; cudos. If this were your 5th-6th cycle I'd say it's pretty right on but it isn't; first cycle, test only. I know yoiu only weigh 165 adn you want to weigh 200? but if you follow that diet, that cycle and that workout routine yoiu are gonna have sore knees, no chest and a fat ass BUT you will weigh 200 for at least a month; maybe.
    You've obviously read a lot and you wouldn't be asking advice if you didn't really want it; I'm assuming.
    Some of this was said, several times, but do read the links provided. DO HAVE SOME PAITENCE and DO implement a similar diet. Read what Times Roman said bout reducing calories, protein (you weigh 165 at MOST 350g of protein would be your limit) and ADD THEM FRUITS, fruit is our friend.
    Here it is: Don't cycle yet as you are probably not, physically, fully matured in bone structure and endocrine system. I'd lay odds that you may not have even fully realized your full height yet; my brother grew 6 inches between 21-24 years of age. (I punch him in the stomach so I don't have to look up at him)
    USE your diet, be as precise, after altering it a bit from suggestions, FOR ONE YEAR!!
    Never miss a meal, never miss taking vitamins, minerals other supplements, FOR ONE YEAR. Don't miss workouts; FOR (you guessed it) ONE YEAR!!
    Stick with one workout for 8 weeks at a time then CHANGE IT!! Don't stagnate.
    Make sure to stay flexible. Don't let your cardio system get weak; interval training is great for that, short, to the point and it works.
    Monitor your bf by using the mirror NOT THE SCALE. Monitor "growth" by: is the weight lifted greater than last time? Did I get more reps than last time?
    Scales suck throw them out.
    WRITE EVERYTHIGN DOWN FOR A YEAR: Diet, each days workout, when you alter workouts, when you alter your diet; one year, should take up 8 notebooks. (or use an app on your phone and dl to your computer)
    Ask anybody here that's a serious lifter and they'll say the same thing, in THAT tiny 12 months, putting on 20 pounds will be easy.
    Oh, just cause: SQUATS are your friend, do them well. DEADLIFTS and WEIGHTED pullups are your buddies, don't forget em. Weighted dips are a huge mass builder for the chest, don't rely on just flat bench.
    12 months, one tiny little year, one 20th of your current life lived; it's nothing, it's a heartbeat. Be focused, don't let ANYONE OR ANYTHING, DECIDE FOR you that what you are doing isn't important; ignore dumbasses. When you are tired, you want to hit that snooze alarm? The mear thought of choking down 6 more damn eggs makes your ass hurt a little. THINK: I DON'T GET THIS HOUR BACK!! you miss a workout you don't get it back. You miss a meal; you don't get it back. No mulligans.
