So I just placed order... I don't plan on starting until nov/dec for personal reasons but it got me thinking- Is there anything I can do to prepare for my cycle?
Logic would tell me to increase calories, but I want to keep the bodyfat as low as possible before I start too. Maybe I should switch up workout routine, change exercises, parameters, go heavy/light for a few weeks... I dunno. More cardio maybe?
Any ideas would help.
