Looking for lean muscle, 38 yrs, 212lb, 11% bf. want to out on 8-14lbs. Diet and workouts in check. Been doing this a long time. Haven't done a cycle in 3 years.
I am gone and can't pin Monday-Friday. Looking at a test/eq or test/Deca cycle. Can I pin every 4 days? Or is that to long. Thinking Monday morn and Friday? Will this work?
Any other suggestions?
