Cycle: 20 weeks (in week 2 currently) of 500 Test E (every week) + Hcg (500iu per week) + Adex e3d 0.5mg
PCT: PCT of Nolva/Clomid
Started my first real cycle recently I am a week in and already I can feel my shoulder joints and elbow joints creaking and cracking lol
Maybe I just need to stretch however it got me thinking... Google "testosterone and collagen synthesis joints"
Basically I am wondering from your experience when taking a TEST ONLY cycle... how can I protect my joints. I know that drinking lots of water and limiting my Adex will allow me to have more water retention which in result should "fill" up my joints in a sense. However at 0.5 adex e3d I am not sure how much water I will retain as this is my first time taking it.
Any ideas or experiences would be appreciated. I think this is an important topic for people to understand because preventing injury is very important on cycle.
