First cycle and HCG dosing

week 1-10 - test prop 150mg eod

I'm going to be taking dex as well starting at 0.25mg eod, and adjusting dosage accordingly.

PCT will follow 4 days after last shot of prop, clomid and nolva


Now I've read a lot of different things about HCG and I'm a little bit confused about the dosing protocol. Many say to take it throughout the cycle up until PCT, others say to start half way through, and then others are saying to blast it 10 days before PCT. I've read a lot different things, and I'm sort of confused, can anybody clarify for me please?

i rec hcg maybe for longer cycles like 14+ cycles. but you i rec you use teste or cyp first cycle anf go for 14ish weeks, pin 1-2 times a week ( i rec 2). prop is alot of pinning..
for hcg i rec 500iu 2x a week for last 4-5 weeks leading up to but NOT into PCT.
peope have there own way of doing soem things, but basics are the same.
