I just watched a Jay Cutler diet video and he said a lot of people take a fat burner when they are trying to lean out - not year round - but while they are trying to "lean out".

What is a good fat burner that will burn off minimal muscle.

A friend has used Ephedra in the past and had great results with it.

Anyone know of anything worth using on a high protein, minimal carbs (eating only required amount of carbs as per energy expenditure) diet?
