So I get back from vacation (had a blast BTW), and decide to start my albut cycle; things are cooling down up here and I want to get around 10% before I bulk. Wake up, go for my first dose. Albut; check. Syringe; check. First day, start with 3mg, so half of a 1ml syringe. Down the hatch; look down and realize I opened a 3ml syringe, not a 1ml and in a half-baked haze filled it up half way. I'd downed my first dose at 7.5mg. Spent the next 4 hours with my entire body vibrating, thought my eyes were going to rattle out of my head.
The lesson: I am an idiot. An irresponsible idiot. A horribly embarrassed, irresponsible idiot.
This is exactly why I will NEVER go near DNP.
