Its pretty much twice a day for me. My wife likes it but I can tell she's ready for the break when I'm back to my normal once a dat routine. I've been married for 8 years and it only gets better. The old saying you have less sex after you get married has not been true for my wife and I. Remember guys that the majority of woman need a little testosterone therapy as well.

Monday= 2 times
tuesday=1-2 times
wednesday=her day off so i fill her shift.
thursday=2 times
friday=3 times if i buy her a nice bottle of red
sat/sunday i give her the weekend off because she says im only after one thing

as you can see i like the wednesday split for recovery(on her part).
