To be honest, been lazy food wise, and my last stats were probably exaggerated. Looking to do a bodybuilding show mid next year so wanting to see where I can go.
Only ever ran test e 500mgs as a cruise and 1000mgs as a blast, no other compounds.
Have been on cycle this time round for approx 9mths, only enathnate. Using sus for the last 4 weeks so far.
Hard to find decent help where I am from as its hard to get people to give solid advice.
Will post food stats tomorrow don't know them off by heart
