How long for levels to even out?

I'm on trt and need to stop my blast(500mg cyp ew) how long does it take to get back to pre blast levels for blood work?

Test Cyp half-life is around 8 days if I am not mistaken. Given that information you will have to do a little math and we would have to know your pre-blast levels. If I had to take a shot in the dark without knowing your TRT dose I would say around 2-3 weeks.

Yea I know about half life, but being on a trt dose wasn't really for sure when going back to trt dose how long it would take to get back to optimal levels being we don't completely stop taking test.

you could use a pct calculator it will show the levels as they drop not sure how acurate they are tho

I just used this PCT calculator as I have never tried one before just to see what it would tell me and it said about 21 days from the last injection you would have ~200mg of test cyp in your system, not far off from my guess.

Had some health issue come up and I need to stop this blast now to be safe. I'm on 100 mg test ew on my trt. I'll try google pct cal. Thanks.

So by the calculator I would start pct in about 2-3 weeks, being I don't do pct but went back to trt dose than at that time I would be good for bloods? Correct?

In theory yes but given these are all just estimations I would probably hold off an extra week so you know your bloodwork results will contain more stable values.

I crunched the numbers for you.

assume half life is 8 days

days after your last 500mg test c injection

after one full week after your last 500mg injection, do NOT inject your regular TRT dose. You will have approximately 220mg test C still available in your body
after two full weeks, you will only have 95mg available, so you will inject 100mg only. not 200mg. this will bring you back up to your normal levels.


so, in summary,
week 1 - no shot
week 2 - half a dose at 100mg
week 3 - full dose

I'm on 100 mg week but I got the jest of it tr thanks. My last pin was Tuesday, I skipped my 50 mg shot sat, so I think what your saying is my first shot will be 50 mg next sat. Than nothing on Tuesday and next sat I will just continue my trt protocol which is 50 mg sat, Tuesday. Correct? I'm more worried about my levels due to changing drs. Not sure if she will want to test me. She knows I'm on trt already and just switching to her care.
