my well being is amazing, yet i think it always was. always having an positive outlook at life..
Gym wise, i feel the same. Yet body wise. people say i'm getting bigger (im sure its due to proper diet and trainning, even before cycle)
i'll be excepting more results by week 4-6 and keep everyone updated (especially the new people)..

i have been eating extremly clean lately. i am trying to shred more but its hard, i am already fairly lean, but not as lean as i want to be.
i eat, Oats, blueberries, chicken, greens, brown rice and before bed 2tbs of peanutbutter.
not sure if its nutrition on workout plan, i dont do any cardio at all. i only do 4 min incline on treamille as a warm up but its not hardore or anything.
any tips of getting more lean (core area)
