I drink about 6-7 litres of water in a day (thats close to 2 gallons)
In my intense weight training sessions, I sweat like a pig.People look at me with a disgust but I really cant help it. What should i do?
Although I follow and maintain proper hygeine, use my towel with me and wipe off the sweat from the machines with my leg to make it less awkward
Secondly, Can I drink water immediately after my cardio. If yes, then how much? (since the body is warm after the workout)
