how much adex should i dose?

I recently just finished a cycle with test e, test eq and tren. The crash was hard and i felt so weak even taking nolvadex didnt help. I decided that i want to blast and cruise so im doing 200 mg of test c a week for about a 8 weeks before i increase my dosage. How much adex should i take a week? I have the liquid kind. Thanks for your input.

Are you just wanting to put yourself on TRT for your own benefit or did a doctor put you on it? Can you tell us a little more about your previous cycles? I would have more to say and could give better advice if I knew these things. Oh, and stats wouldn't hurt either.
