I'm about to start my first cycle.


Test C 500mg per week 250 2x per week
Anavar 60mg ED for 6 weeks
HCG 500iu a week
Arimidex .25 EOD for duration of cycle

I'm worried about being prone to GYNO and by adding the HCG I assume the sides may intensify. Obviously im going to be running the AI...but is this enough?

Should I up the dose to .5mg EOD or possibly add NOLVA throughout the cycle?

The HCG will increase the amount of testosterone in your body as it activates your leydig cells. However, it will not be enough testosterone to put you into dangerous levels. It will increase your testicular estrogen but as long as you use the dose you say you are using, the 500iu/week, then it will not be enough to cause harm. An AI doesn't affect that anyway.

From day one most definitely. If you do not use it in the first part of your cycle then that is just time that your leydig cells will be dormant and could become unresponsive. The long they lie dormant the greater the chance of them becoming unresponsive. If you start HCG from day one then they will not lie dormant at all.
