    Synephrine vs ephedrine

How do you guys feel about using synephrine? I know it's not as potent as ephedra, but it's not supposed to be as dangerous either....what do y'all think about it?

    Good?
    Garbage?
    Synephrine + aspirin + caffeine = bogus??

You dont need aspirin in the EC stack...Syn does give you energy but I have been using ephedra for so long I just don't need to switch. Syn doesn't seem as strong to me either. I think the dangers are pretty much the same: elevated heart rate, increased blood pressure, shakiness etc. People just say its less because well its not as strong.

Ephedrine is more psychoactive (and reduces appetite), whereas synephrine mostly just causes vasoconstriction and increased heart rate.
Synephrine is basically interchangeable with pseudoephedrine.

Phew, I tried pseudoephedrine one time when I was really sick and my penis didn't work for days. Never again.

    Synephrine wouldn't do that.

It was sudafed, which I thought has pseudoephedrine in it, if that didn't cause it I do not know what else would, I wasn't on anything else. It is worth mentioning that I took more than the recommended dose.

Pseudoephedrine is on this list as possibly causing importence.

Synephrine is not the same as Psuedophedrine. I was just making that point clear for the audience

Meh, Synephrine come from oranges where as ephedrine and pseudoephedrine come from the ma hung plant. Pseudoephedrine has more alkaloids than either of the other two so you tend to get more buzzy sides with it. In order of sides:

    Pseudoephedrine > Ephedrine > Synephrine

Synephrine is also the most mild of the three.

For the sake of adding to the conversation, is there a way to build up a tolerance to synephrine through means other than taking the synephrine itself?

That's not a good idea. It's best to cycle on/off. Always take a break, from just about anything you take.

Yeah. Pretty much any stimulant will hit some of the same adrenergic receptors.

Pseudoephedrine doesn't cross the BBB nearly as readily as ephedrine, so it doesn't do much besides constricting blood vessels and maybe increasing cardiac output. And we're talking about synthetic meds, not plant extracts.

They are all extracted from plants.

The nature of my question comes from my prior experience with synephrine. I used it in a fat loss protocol and went up to 20mg/day and didn't notice any side effects or changes in vitals. I still am not sure if it worked.

No, they are synthetically created in a lab. The ephedrine you can buy from the drugstore was never in a Ma Huang plant, but synthesized from benzaldehyde. Dietary supps may use plant extracts, but those will all vary in potency and quality, so I won't bother thinking about their use.

I have never cared for it. Not even a comparison to ephedrine IMO.

I've tried both, and from my experiences Ephedrine is much more effective. The Synephrine felt like the equivalent of 400mg of caffeine.

I get headaches of Ephedrine so I'm not fond of that.

Synephrine i've had in a fat burner (can't remember the name) and I felt literally nothing negative from it

Bronkaid is stocked right next to Sudaphed at most drug stores... and it is ephedrine, not pseudo.

As far as a sexual sides... you must be taking way too much.
I get nothing but positive sexual sides from either one. Increases pleasure and prolongs erections... lol, if you have good control!
