Hi there. Just getting started on trying get back into shape again. I've been out of the army for a few years now and have put on a "few" pounds since. I know nutrition is the biggest part of it but I find it hard when the wife kids eat junk a lot the time and since it is in the house it's hard to fight the temptation. Looking for info on stuff to help with fat loss and help with strength and size. Any feed back would be great
