Hi guys, currently running an Anavar cycle with a maintenance dosage of Test of 150-200mg a week.
1 Week 20mg a day
2 Week 20mg a day
3 Week 30mg a day
4 Week 30mg a day
5 Week 40mg a day
6 Week 40mg a day
7 Week 40mg a day
8 Week 30mg a day
9 Week 10mg a day
First to clarify, I'm 100% sure that my var is legit! Its U.S Pharm grade.
Also taking Milk Thistle,Vitamins, Flax Seed Oil, Creatine Pre and Post Work-Out, Glucosamine, Glutamine and Protein Shakes at least 2 a day of 50mg.Oh a tribulus terrestris.
So, just finished Week 3 and this is what I noticed:
-Strength Gains
-Gained about 4-6 Pounds despite my diet being the same which is maintenance calories for me.
-Muscle Hardness
-Libido still good.
So couple of questions!!!
(1) Though I'm doing Cardio for 20-25 mins 4 times a week and weight training 1.5 hrs. In the mirror a def see size but not definition. It seems that I'm retaining water. My Bf. % is about 15%. Is it normal to be bloated while on Var? My diet is clean and nothing different than before where is maintenance.
(2) Any recommendations or things to do to improve my gains and shed some body fat?
(3) I'm running ARR Clomid for 4 weeks after my last dose. Is it enough? What protocol should I follow? and anything else recommended to keep my gains?
