Sorry for the numbskull type question...I just didn't know who or where to ask
I'm under the assumption that you can't overdose on B vitamins due to their polar, water soluble nature...but....
The B-complex(Agrilabs b-complex plus) I've been taking has 1.25mg B1, 12.5mg niacinamide, 5mg b6, 5mg d-panthenol, 2mg b2, 1000mcg b12. Seeing as how I'm almost out, I was going to buy this one:
(Agri labs fortified B-complex) with (B1) - 100 mg, (B2) - 5 mg, Niacinamide - 100 mg, (B6) - 10 mg, d-Panthenol - 10 mg and Cyanocobalamin (B12) - 100 mcg
The doses of B1,2,6 are WAAAY different. Do you think everything will be GTG with the one I'm considering to buy? I just don't want to get sick or jack myself up. I use the stuff on cycle to dilute HCG and to load up on B vitamins a few mls e/o day.
