Im 20years of age currently doing starting strength routine weighing around 75,3 kgs
i just got back into lifting weights after 2years break..
My nutrition is right im bulking at this stage ( obviously )
3000cals
180protein
150fat
230carbs
i want to get to 90kgs NATURAL and finish my starting strength routine then move over to P.H.A.T and start a cycle...
I just recently bought 250mg of deca, i know your test levels slow down at 26 and is advised to jab at this age
But if i run a PCT and do everything correctly ? Why would jabing at 20years old be an issue?
if Nutrition/strength/size is decent?
Look at all the pros all of them were on something alot sooner then the age of 20?
please im asking for ADVICE not smart ass comments.....
