Is this story true about steroids ?

I will undergo a medical examination for australian immigration. I searched on google for people who were undergoing same exam while ON steroids.

I only found one person asking my same question.. he got that into replies

steroids screw up bloodwork, well, the bone marrow and blood production as an outcome, tend to wash out certain micro-elements and alter the liver function. So I would guess that self administered steroids with no M.D. looking after the blood formula something may stick out of the norm at the medicals and may incline the doctor to do further tests. I have taken lots of steroids for my condition for prolonged period of time, and I can tell first hand that the damage they cause is lasting, extensive and proliferating with time. My advice is, do a full blood workup, a urine test with your GP before going any further.

Ok lets forge about Corticosteroids.. what about Test-Enthante ?? Can I undergo the exam ON Test E cycle , or I have to come off month earlier ? That would be really lame to come off now..

I only have experience with sports but I'm sure somewhere on a government website there is a list of what they are testing for. Get ahold of that list and see if AAS or any of the associated sides are listed. They might only be testing for recreational drugs and communicable diseases? So find out what their looking for and go from there.

For example, I never worry about a drug test at work because they are only testing for THC, opiates, etc.

Not communicable diseases, but certainly conditions like hypertension, pituitary tumor, and hemacromatosis if the side effects aren't managed properly.
