So..... I'm 29, 5'10 and weigh 195 lbs with my current best lifts of 450/365/405. I've been lifting weights off and on since I was around 12 but got serious about it about 3 years ago. I started out doing bodybuilding type workouts with lots of isolation type lifts but recently took up an interest in powerlifting and compound lifts. Currently my goal is to compete in a powerlifting meet(next year) and actually place, preferably 1st place.😊 Anyhow that's why I joined this site, I hope to learn some from some of the seasoned lifters and possibly share some of my experiences.
