I'd like to know what % of a multivitamin is excreted through urine. I'd heard about it before and never really taken a multivitamin but since i've been slack on my veggies i decided to start taking one, and i'm almost positive most of it is excreted. It more than likely has something to do with the bio availability of the chemicals they used to create the vitamins or the extracts they used. But ever since i've started taking them, within a few hours of taking it my urine is fluro yellow almost bright green one or two times, regardless of hydration. Same thing happens when i take my second one at night.

I'm a big fan of NOW products as well, but don't ever order from them online. I never received my last order that was over $70.
