im 23 this month, quite young to be cycling, ive ran 4 cycles so far started at 20, 6 years training everyday diet is good 25% carbs 45% protein 30% fat 4000kcal per day ( low carbs atm stripping water weight and lowering body fat for photoshoot) so yeah thats about it![]()
