    Need advice

    What are the things I need to be doing if I am taking a 10 week cycle of Winstrol with more than 15% body fat? Higher estrogen is all I have been hearing but I have also heard you can take pills to counter that. So what pills should I take, should I have blood work (seen quite a lot on blood work also), and any other precautionary actions I should know about?

    A winstrol only cycle is a bad idea. What's your stats, age, height, weight, training experience?

    19. 300lbs. 6'2.
    Had a buddy do a winstrol only cycle twice and he started at 320 now weighs 210. It did not do anything to him!

    May not be the same case for you, cycling at 19 is a terrible idea, even worse to do an oral only cycle.

    You need to do a lot more research than just go off the fact that your mate 'did it and he's alright'.

    Hopefully someone a lot more educated and experienced than me can come in here and explain things to you properly.

    if you just read around for a while and use the search engine you'll see that this is a terrible idea.

    I'm 19 as well and found this forum about to start a cycle, by the time my steroids arrived I thankfully decided not to.

    Diet and cardio. Winstrol is a very bad idea. And steroids at 19 are even worse especially when you know nothing about them.
    Did you do everything your buddy does?

    Wow this thread has "bad idea" written all over it.. But the only thing u need is the "push diet" push the plate away!.. All jokes aside bro u need to work out and eat right drugs are not the answer.

    You need test as a base to every cycle and for your anti estrogen you an take arimidex but you really do need to get your diet in check before get to lower bodyfat and get used being on a meal plan
