I'd been out of the gym for about 10 yrs having 3 amazing boys. Last year (Nov '14), my oldest son turned 14 and he was now old enough to have a gym membership (the rules where we live). We hit the gym together. I have been consistent for 10 months and seen lots of noob gains all over again. I am planning on getting in the best shape of my life and ended up here when I began to look into taking my training to the next level. Can't wait to educate/reeducate myself. I'm way too old and have too much on the line to make mistakes.
