Hello - Stats wt ht age bf% and include more info about your cycle dosage length etc. If you really want to get advice . The vets won't really respond to your post the way it is. AI pct also

im 25, 12%bf. Only thing I've tried was epistane like 4 years ago.
Im competing in men's physique in NPC and want to do something for a contest prep.
